Use our online membership application process below, including online payments and sign up for our leagues, socials and lessons. OR download a paper Adult application form or a Junior Application form, and mail it in to the address on the form. Any questions, just email us at ajaxtennisclub@gmail.com

Once you have registered please visit our Events page on our website to see our exciting Coaching program for Adults and Juniors. New this year is an Adult Aerobics and a Learn to Play session along with an advanced Junior Coaching Program - CHECK IT OUT!!

Many of our Socials and Leagues fill up quickly, so register early to not be disappointed. Also tryouts are required for many of our socials and leagues and they will be held in mid April in the bubble - So register early!!

Our club runs from May 1st until September 30th each year.

Adult - $85.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: May 1st

$85 (incl $20 admin & ball fee + $10 OTA fee)
All memberships include OTA membership

Family-Membership Dir. will contact you to complete the registration of all family members - $190.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: May 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: May 01, 2025 No automatically recurring payments Includes 2 adults and 2 juniors. Additional fees will be invoiced once all members have been registered.
Fee incl $40 admin & ball fee + $26 OTA
All memberships include OTA membership

Junior - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: May 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: May 01, 2025 No automatically recurring payments Single Junior member 5- 18 yrs old
Fee incl $5 admin & ball fee + $3 OTA

Junior Plus+ (must be approved by Club Pro/Executive) - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: May 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: May 01, 2025 No automatically recurring payments Juniors btwn 14-18 years, who have attained a certain skill level can participate in Adult Leagues/Socials. Must be approved by Club Pro and Exec. Fee incl $12 admin & ball fee + $3 OTA

Senior (65 and over) - $70.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: May 1st
